Want to get more involved?
In addition to our monthly events, Manatee Young Professionals (MYP) are welcome to join one of our two subcommittees below. Serving on a committee develops leadership skills and ensures that we continue to meet the needs of our young professionals. It’s also a fantastic way to expand your network while impacting the success of businesses and the quality of life in Manatee County.
MYP Events & Programming Committee – Plans and implements networking and other special events that create opportunities for young professionals to connect and grow their network.
MYP Marketing & Engagement Committee – Guides messaging about the MYP program to reach young professionals in our region through print and online vehicles to drive membership, event attendance, and participation.

Member Testimonial
“I joined MYP as soon as I graduated from college and started my new job. I heard that it would help me grow personally and professionally, as well as meet new people and develop relationships. That’s exactly what happened! I am very thankful that I took this step because I’ve learned so much, developed new relationships, and grown immensely as a young professional.”
